A cool easterly breeze made for cracking running conditions up and over West Mill and on up to Yes Tor. I love that flat track to High Willhays - good for a leg stretch after the pull up to Yes. Bumped into a beardy Dartmoor Rescue bloke and his mate in a Landrover involved in their group training weekend -(could have walked up, lads?)
After a nice swoopy descent to Dinger Tor and down Sammy Arnold's Lane a quick sprint up East Mill led up to West Mill and back to the car.
The bright conditions were just giving way to a bit of winter.............
