Perfect conditions for an early morning run. A beautiful sunrise on one side competed with a stunning moonset on the other and a gentle (if nippy) northerly breeze on my back. Must have been below freezing as my Camelbak tube iced up and I couldn't get my shoes off when I got back home as the laces were still solid.
First to sign the book at Cranmere Pool. Everybody else took the sensible option and had a lie in...............
