A cracking weekend training and weather-wise. Managed to avoid the rain until about the last 15 mins on the way back to the car. Two days on the moor in good company - couldn't ask for more. MattR mentioned it being the best job in the world and I suppose it could be a contender - I find training folk quite easy and natural thing to do. Just lucky I suppose. Worked with a bloke once training Ten Tors teams who managed to completely hack the kids off before they had left the car-park, carried on in a similar vein all day, brought them back de-motivated and dis-spirited and managed to upset the team manager to boot.....needless to say, he wasn't asked back!
